I'm enthusiastic about writing this review because based on my experience, I would really recommend this product to my friends, family, or anyone! Especially I'm a small business owner and this is definitely a catch, I wouldn't have to spend a lot just to get my own VPS. Performance-wise, 11/10. Services offered 11/10.
Pros
Before I avail ultahost, I checked some reviews and it's true what they say. Prices are inexpensive but the services are top of the line in terms of VPS hosting. Imagine availing the basic subscription, but having an unlimited access to websites, unlimited data transfer, free domain transfer, full root access, free SSL Certificates, and many more. It doesn't sound like a basic subscription for me. On top of that, if I didn't like the products there is a 30-Days Money Back. Which I didn't need because I loved it, and it will definitely stay with my company. Also, I tried all the services and it's not complicated to understand. The response time is fast and not laggy, which I truly look out for in a VPS.
Cons
To be honest, I didn't see any flaws in the almost 12 months of my company using this so I couldn't say any cons.

The price was the best thing and that's why i signed up for it
Cons
I signed up for ultahost because of the price, that was a big mistake. There customer service is horrible.
First the server they gave me wasn't working it just said, the site can't be reached. I reached out to support, they told me to clear my cache and it would work. I did that, opened it in a totally new browser it still didn't work. We went through this 3 or 4 times and each time I had to submit a new ticket wait for them to respond saying they fixed it when they didn't.
After this I said no way i'm hosting live sites here, the support is terrible and if i had an issue on a live site it would take way to long to get fixed.
Also there website says they give you a 30 day money back guarantee, its a lie. I asked for a refund within a few days of opening my account. They said they my account isn't eligible for a refund and to check their refund policy.
I should've never considered switching my hosting to ultahost to save a few dollars but lesson learned.

Pros
I use the Power Plus plan and compared to other hosts, Ultahost's perks in this plan are better priced. I have experienced higher uptime here than with the host I last used. I also find that their response to our queries is good, you just have to be a little patient. The free tutorials they offer are an added perk.
Cons
My projects are getting more complex and I'd be interested in upgrading to Ulta X1 but i see there are less advanced features than i'd like. Hopefully, there will be updates.
