While it has taken a while to learn what is needed to configure iPaaS and make it work, now that it is behind us, iPaaS is moving the data along without issues. Most errors happen to be with the connected software apps and not iPaaS.

Pros

1. It works. No bugs where some info gets lost, or incomplete integrations, or waiting for needed functionality down the road.
2. I see room for growth/expansion; when additional services are added, iPaaS is already ready for them.
3. Support staff have been very helpful with answering my questions.

Cons

The ramp up of training/knowledge is a bit steep. There is a lot of technical knowledge needed.
There are lots of individual pieces of information needed to make it work. I do not see how to avoid this and not lose functionality, so it is a necessary trade off.

My experience with iPaaS.com has been mostly positive, though we have had significant issues with the Buy Online, Pickup In Store (BOPIS) app. While the core iPaaS platform is excellent—offering powerful and flexible data mapping features, particularly with dynamic formulae—the BOPIS app feels like a weak link. It's not part of the core iPaaS offering, but its instability and poor user experience have been frustrating. Unfortunately, for BigCommerce merchants there aren't a lot of low cost alternatives.

On the bright side, support is outstanding—fast, thoughtful, and reliable. Special mention goes to [sensitive content hidden], who have been great to work with.

Pros

Support is super fast and very thoughtful. The core iPaaS platform makes data mapping easy and powerful, especially with the flexibility which dynamic formulae provide.

Cons

The Buy Online, Pickup In Store app has been unstable and the user experience is poor. It's not a part of the core iPaaS offering, and it's my only real complaint, but it is a big one.
