> **Pros**: Walmart is a beast of a customer to work with and SupplyPike makes it super easy to get through all the chargebacks and get as much recovered as possible.

> **Cons**: The only thing I wish was better was the total chargeback amounts don't match actual all the time so it's a little misleading on how much you didn't recover.

> Once I got through all the backlog of previous years I go in and check daily and maybe spend 15 mins a week instead of hours.  Not having to pull claims, and invoices for each chargeback really streamlines the process.
