Great Customer Service

Pros

Edumerge is easy to use and the customer service that we receive makes a huge difference. The [sensitive content hidden] is always available for any query, setting up of training sessions for users and resolving issues. The helpdesk is also very prompt in resolving user issues. We are happy with the services rendered!

Cons

User Interface can be a little better.

I feel happy to use all the time, edumerge made our work burden free in some cases, school is daily task oriented platform so parents come with patienceless sometimes so edumerge need to solve daily issues of school while using app like fees issues etc immediately whenever school connects. Over all is going good.
