> **Pros**: One of the best things about Opayo is the CS team. Day or night, you can pick up the phone and someone will answer your call within a few seconds. When dealing with payments and user card information I think this is a really important thing for a payment processor to have\!

> **Cons**: I wouldn't really say there are any - certainly not any that I have come across in the 1 - 2 years that i have been using the software

> Really positive. The payment processing is easy to use and makes taking payments a doddle. The customer service element is what makes it stand out though as they have quick and knowledgeable customer service reps\!

> **Pros**: We implemented the checkout in Opayo method, which was really simple to set up, they've got a nice design editor, minimal options, but still enough to make it feel apart of your brand.

> **Cons**: With the way we set up Opayo for our client, the worst bit about the set up, was the convoluted way of adding  a logo to the checkout process, as you have to email a specific email address for approval, being limited to a gif isn't the best either, as quality is restricted.
