Pros
Reliable. Thats about all I can say. The software doesn't offer anything that their competitors cannot.
Cons
Not user friendly. Modifications requested takes weeks and additional costs. Functionality is rubbish. Graphs and statistics is very limited. Cannot do half the functions of other competitors. Worst software I have used.

Pros
Outstanding customer service. I recently used another similar software (INX) where the customer service was awful and it made me think how brilliant the customer service at MYOSH was. They are totally client focussed rather than profit focussed.
