> **Pros**: We have used Spine HR at our organization. Its very easy to use.There are lots of feature to manage employee taxation,attendance ,daily login and log out, leave management and  lots of other features.
The customer support is also good and user interface is designed in such way so we can understand its functionality easily.

> **Cons**: There are not any major cons from my side but few of the client side bugs which they need to resolve in their upgraded version. 
Ex. leave cancellation have only client side validation.Button is disabled but if we make changes at client side and then delete its work.
So they should work on such small issue and make it bug free in next version.

Spine payroll is catering all compliance (PF, PT, ESIC, Income Tax, Gratuity, Bonus and L. W. F., 
We no need to worry on any changes happen at govt end.. We are getting regular upgrades. 

Spine HR works real Backbone for us and our clients.. Our team is interacting very less with clients for any data as all things are available at finger tips for us and as well as for clients.

Spine also come up with regular version upgrades by including client's requirements which may be their USP rather than forcing client to do customization.
