Excellent! We got off to a rough start with the on-boarding but when we voiced our concerns the sales and management team were quick to get us what we needed.
Pros
Information about our inventory and any given product is only a click or two away. The time required to find a bit of data has been reduced significantly!
Cons
The terminology doesn't match with what we've been using, though I do understand the need for a standard.

Our rep [sensitive content hidden] was phenomenal and made what would feel like an incredibly overwhelming project seem pretty straight forward and doable. She was extremely organized and would follow through on deadlines, providing answers to questions she needed to research, and was always very punctual with meetings.
We now have the ability to internally track where exactly our orders are as well as have the functionality to provide our clients with automated email updates on the progress of their order which greatly improves the customer experience!
They were able to custom code some very specific functions for us that made using Piro Fusion much easier and faster on our end. While we had to pay for the custom coding of these the pricing seemed very fair and in the long run was completely worth it in order for us to be the most efficient.
Pros
- Ability to custom code different features & functions to fit what we needed best
- Punctuality and organization of our rep(s)
- Incredibly quick response time from their support team
- Software & functionality is easy to use and pretty intuitive
Cons
Really the only con I can think of is there were some basic (in my opinion) functions that I was surprised didn't exist in the software already, but we were able to get those coded out and it wasn't a big deal!

Extremely negative, would recommend anyone looking for a jewellery ERP to go elsewhere.

Pros
Sadly there are no pros, we were never able to actively use the system. After years of back and forth the team has failed to fulfil any of the basic promises or requirements in their original scope.
Cons
Terrible customer service and business values with no commitment to exploring proactive solutions to achieve a basic level of fulfilment. They have stonewalled any attempts to progress the dialogue and have an arrogant and small minded view towards problem solving - once you have paid for the software it is 'not their problem' even if you have never been able to use it!

We share Laura's frustration with the project, which stems from several factors.
1. Project management:
Our customer service had to deal with at least 5-6 different contacts from Laura’s company. We began with 2 project managers who disappeared, and new ones appeared without prior knowledge of the project’s scope. This inconsistency led to struggles, with Laura only getting involved on a high level after 1.5 years.
2. Employee pushback:
The company is in London, but PIRO was to be used in India. We faced strong resistance from the Indian staff, who constantly rejected the PIRO team's proposed solutions. It seemed headquarters pushed the project, but the end users opposed it.
3. Scope changes:
The original scope involved automating order processes, but Laura's team kept requesting extensive customizations on order and inventory management. Despite agreeing on a checklist, new demands persisted without the willingness to pay. After investing months of unpaid work, we paused the project.
