You can feel lost at times. Although there is an help section, and help desk and even help videos teaching you the basics, you never know whether there is a more efficient way to access the data and sometimes you are unsure whether you are actually getting the actual data that you were looking for. There should be a live customer care service facility through chat to help the users in case of any issues. There should also be an exhaustive list of data variables with search codes and their definition available on the database.
It will help a lot to search the relavant data quickly.

Refinitiv's data base in incredibly comprehensive and allows you to retrieve any relevant information about the company within seconds. Data can be easily exported for further analysis, leading to big time savings.

If you open the Software for the very first time, the interface can be a little overwhelming. But once you got used to it, you will value the interface and the tons of functionality it brings.
