the transferring of order from SAP to VAO need a lot of time ( till 4-5 hours sometimes)

> **Pros**: VAO is a great tool, it helps a lot in the daily order entry process, over the period we have seen a great improvement in the flow of the tool.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the tool loses a parameter that has already been tested, which ends up generating rework. Order entry times could also be improved, but I understand that this process requires adjustment on both sides.

> My overall experience with VAO has been very valuable, the team is very helpful with every problem and update we ask for, I especially thank \[sensitive content hidden\] for all her support and patience, especially with my language difficulties.
