> **Pros**: Rex allows you to spot indications that a renter, owner, buyer, seller, or other party is about to engage with property management services as well as the reverse. Also allows you to promote your property management services which is fantastic.

> **Pros**: Dashboard set up and it is quite user friendly.
Easy to re list previously leased properties by duplicating listings.

> **Cons**: Some features take far too many steps to operate. I think the lead system is too complicated and could be simplified or add some new quick respond features. For example I simply want to SMS a potential tenant about a coming home open and I want to do this in bulk with a link to the property on my own website. This is not possible and the SMS feature comes from and unknown number back to me so I don't use it at all.
The app is ok however some features are not available. For example I can add a Home Open or change a properties status from the app. I feel that some very simple but constantly required everyday tasks are missing overall.

> Overall it is a good system and I actually don't use many of the features as I do predominantly Property Management thesis days. It could have some very simple features for everyday use and some of it is far too complicated and cumbersome.
