Pros
J'utilise Webmecanik depuis plusieurs année, et ce que j'apprécie le plus, c'est la gestion des contacts et l'envoi d'emails. La plateforme rend vraiment simple l'organisation des leads et la segmentation, ce qui permet de créer des campagnes email efficaces et ciblées en quelques clics. Le système d'automatisation est également fluide, et c'est un gain de temps considérable.
Cons
S'il y a bien un point à améliorer, ce serait les rapports de statistiques. Ils sont fonctionnels, mais pourraient être plus détaillés pour offrir une vue encore plus précise sur les performances des campagnes. La logique est difficile à appréhender et le rendu peu lisible de manière intuitive.

Webmecanik Automation est un logiciel très utile pour les entreprises et les professionnels. Excellent dans son ensemble, il nous permet la gestion des flux de travail dans notre entreprise, la gestion des achats au quotidien ainsi que la gestion de la relation client.
Cons
Essai gratuit limité dans le temps, un danger de sécurité de la part de Webmecanik Automation.

Besoin d'avoir des accès rapides à des tuto directement dans les sections de l'outil
difficulté à mettre en place des scénarions intelligents from scratch. Des exemples ou des templates seraient les bienvenus.
La mise en place de formulaires conditionnels (encore aujourd'hui, je ne suis pas certain que la base de données se construit correctement) >> Nous aurions été prêt à payer du consulting pour faire le travail
