> **Pros**: Ability to cleanse data / prepare it for charting, then make various complex charts way easier than in Google Sheets or any other charting tool.

> **Cons**: They have built some 'smarts' in how charts are made - where it recommends the best charts for your data types. However, this limits your options when choosing chart types, in most cases it's fine but occasionally trips you up.

> They are extremely responsive, building new features, iterating on how features work and providing almost instant support when I need help with data or charting. They are extremely user needs focused and continue to ship updates and fixes weekly.

- Great options to customise elements like colour palettes, data labels, filters etc 
- Chart design is clear and modern, i.e. ready to be shared with minimal formatting changes 
- Thematic text analysis is flexible - can add your own or use existing themes in addition to AI-generated themes 
- Data security - data isn't used to train AI models and can be stored in Aus 
- Helpful and responsive dev team

> **Cons**: Worth noting that the free version currently has a limited number of rows to trial per month but it's great to get to know the platform and see if it's a good fit. The plans from there are reasonably priced and can be purchased month-to-month.
