Pros
NextME first helped our municipality help get city services running again during the pandemic; keeping our staff and customers safe as possible during spacing precautions. Now after the pandemic, our customers and staff like it better than the old take a number and wait around old school way.
Cons
It is very dependent upon network connectivity so make sure you have a sold and secure network or the app will not refresh in a timely manner.

That it's ready to go not much modification is needed
Cons
That couldn't have a cap for the queues we made. Which would have allowed consumers to sign up on their own for certain queues.

My company hosted a fan convention with 800+ people and we used NextME to implement a waitlist into our celebrity autograph lines. It 100% transformed the convention game for us, and it removed the unnecessary waiting times that attendees were expecting. It also kept our autograph room calm and organized.
Pros
This product was very easy and intuitive! We were able to teach it to our volunteers quickly. We also loved the customization of adding multiple list types. It works very well for our event.
Cons
There wasn’t anything I disliked about the software. Maybe the ability to remove the quoted time would be nice, but it was great.
