I have built models of complex relationships to describe projects and I have built management systems that have been certified according to ISO 9000 and 27000 since the product came to market.

Cons
I can’t think of anything really perhaps it could be more easy to buy, download and start using a single licens stand alone installation.

I find 2c8 to be clunky and long-winded to use sometimes. While there are a few similar products...
I find 2c8 to be clunky and long-winded to use sometimes. While there are a few similar products out there, the biggest reason we are using 2c8 is the compatibility with IFS. If it wasn't for this we would probably use another product.
Pros
As users of IFS, the ability to have an extract of the IFS encyclopedia and to be able to configure the products and processes according to the Supplier's design. The ability to capture the business' processes in a graphical form and the ability to play back the results to users and decisionmakers.
Cons
We use the publishing of documents in Word format widely, I don't like the control I have over the formatting of documents and would like to see that improved. Once a document is published, we have to spend an ordinate amount of time changing it to make it presentable to a wider audience.
