> **Cons**: A lot of updates and shift transitions are not being communicated or notified in advance, which is causing gaps in our scheduling and affecting service continuity.

> Overall, my experience has been very good. The system is user-friendly, and the layout makes it easy to navigate even during busy periods. It also offers a wide range of tools and features that support day-to-day workflow, especially when it comes to maintaining NDIS compliance. From documentation templates to incident reporting functions and progress note requirements, everything is designed to make compliance straightforward and reduce the chance of errors. It really helps streamline tasks and ensures we stay aligned with NDIS standards.

> **Pros**: RotaWiz has been a great platform for all types of shift management and scheduling, user friendly and easy to navigate and customer service team always willing to help. RotaWiz is also packed with all the same features that other rostering platforms do but for a faction of the price.

> **Cons**: We have currently faced no issues so far while using RotaWiz, so I cannot write anything negative towards the software

> We have been using the RotaWiz platform for quite sometime and our overall experience with RotaWiz has been great, after rostering, staff management, invoicing ect though another extremely large and expensive platform transitioning over to RotaWiz has been easy and straight forward not just for us but also our staff.
