It effectively triages my patient calls, it handles my hospital calls, it lets me send customizable automated responses when appropriate and documents everything to my EMR automatically. No more interruptions when not on call - we set up the call schedule and it's followed to the letter. It even lets my patients modify their appointments through its interface. Unlimited dashboards, unlimited phone numbers for access plus it can be set up to handle busy signals and to answer anything that rings over a set amount of times. My covering call partners can use the app for my patient calls. 30 languages available, auto AI translation of messages; never going back to a traditional answering service.

> **Cons**: I have a solo practice and i just opened my practice . I started using this software as went online to look for option, they sold me dreams and i signed up. Nightmare started first weekend on call and Patients kept waiting and RX did not reach the pharmacy after i used callmydoc to write a prescription through there app which did not work.  I requested evaluation and they never heard this problem so its me??i sent screenshots and many more messages each time either no response or the lead guy kept blaming for there software failure  . I went on athena my EHR  and complained and they got unhappy sent me letter stating because I have  complained they are cancelling my account \! thats the height of incompetence. First my patients have to sit outside a pharmacy for 4 hours and i m on phone one weekend for hours with pharmacy because a glitch in there Faulty app, and instead of apologizing to me they went ahead and cancelled my account . I mean what coolade are these guys drinking? There is no hope this company can understand what life and death means with glitches when you are dealing with human life and they are just to make money .If you look at there  app build quality , its below standard but as i was not there for visual but functionality so i ignored that and tried to use it anyway..but looking for other options.
