The visual workflow builder and no code form builder give teams a lot of flexibility, while features like conditional branching, deadline scheduling, automated reminders, and analytics dashboards help reduce manual work and improve oversight. I also like that the platform supports team collaboration well, with reusable records, team applications, granular permissions, and clear dashboards for applicants, judges, and program managers. 

The AI features are especially impressive and genuinely useful. AI assisted scoring with written reasoning helps reviewers move faster while still keeping decisions transparent and structured. Features like Ask AI, AI insights, similarity detection, professional matching, and document extraction add real value because they reduce manual effort, surface useful patterns, and help teams make better decisions more efficiently. Instead of feeling like extras, the AI tools feel meaningfully integrated into the platform.
