> **Pros**: The best part of switching to Renterra from another rental software was the user interface. It feels modern, intuitive, and everything flows together naturally. Honestly, it was like going from a flip phone to a touchscreen for the first time—it just feels right.

The customer support has also been fantastic. We purchased Renterra in December 2025, and my Customer Success Manager has continued to call and email me regularly. We have spoken about every other week for the past eight months. The in-app chat is staffed by real people who typically respond within 60–90 seconds and are always helpful.

What really sets Renterra apart is that they genuinely want the software to work for your business. They are willing to optimize, adjust, patch, or fix things to better fit your operation. On top of all that, we have seen a significant increase in business since switching. We have not done any additional advertising, yet our business has increased dramatically compared with the previous three years. The only major change was our rental software, so I honestly have to give that win to Renterra.

> **Cons**: Renterra does not currently integrate with our ERP software, but the team is actively working on it, and I expect that integration will be available in the future. The upfront cost can also feel a little high, although our increased business has shown that the software can pay for itself. Since Renterra is still a relatively new platform, occasional bugs do come up, but so far we have not experienced anything that has locked us out of the software or prevented us from operating.

> **Pros**: Everything can be completed through the desktop/app.  Taking reservations, sending the item out with photos, digital signatures, emailing payment links, virtual checklists when the product comes back, and maintenance schedules. We no longer use paper for anything. 

The marketing package has helped us grow our business tremendously.  We had played with Google Ads for 2 years before implementing Renterra, with mediocre results that were even worse when you factored in the amount of time it took to build and maintain the ads. When Renterra said businesses were getting up to $8 ROAS I was very skeptical. The results have far exceeded my expectations. After turning on the marketing package in May, our June, July, and August sales exceeded our highest monthly revenue in 26 years of business, including the pandemic years.  The best part of the marketing package is that it is completely hands-off. I invest no time in building the ads.

> **Cons**: Very few cons, other than the fact that it's a new business and some of the basic features other softwares have are not built yet. They do, however, respond to feature requests very quickly and have a public development roadmap to see when your specific feature requests are scheduled.
