> **Cons**: In realtà non trovo svantaggi, forse migliorerei la parte dei caratteri nel corpo dei documenti ad esempio la modifica del tipo di carattere (grassetto / colore diverso dal nero) quando occorre inserire dati di rilevanza

Assistenza clienti molto efficiente, sia via e.mail che telefonica.
