> **Pros**: It's a full-featured SaaS that takes care of every aspect of owning a pool maintenance business. It handles everything including customer onboarding and invoicing with recurring subscription payments via Stripe, full featured service reports, GPS-based route management with mileage tracking, SMS 'on the way' alerts for customers, and much more.

My favorite part is the transparency with customers - they can see exactly what tasks were performed, what their water chemistry is, and which chemicals were adjusted with each service visit including photos. That's a huge value compared to other companies who just drop off some chlorine tablets and send the customer a bill.

For someone like myself who's just starting out in this business it's also very affordable, and they give you a 30 day free trial with no restrictions to make sure it's right for you.

I love the way the technician app makes service visits methodical and consistent in the field. My initial couple of customers have complimented the professional level of presentation with the service reports and the ability to manage their account in their online portal.

Pool Founder makes every aspect of running a pool maintenance business streamlined and efficient, and they still have additional features planned like a dedicated customer portal mobile app which is very cool.

I'd also love an easier way to copy a customer's payment page link. Right now I have to open the payment page, copy the URL from there, and then text or email it to customers who are having trouble finding it. A simple "Copy Payment Link" button would be a great addition.
