> **Pros**: It's easy to use, very accessible and the instructions are very clear. You don't need to have an extensive knowledge of Content Management Systems to use Serena. With some basic knowlegde, you can build and maintain a nice website

> **Cons**: Some content pages, like testimonials, are not visible before seeing them on the actual website. In that case I don't know what the page looks like before I publicise it. 
Media management is in different parts of the system, so it's not always clear where the photo or video is when you want to place it on a page. 
Lastly, it would be nice to have an easy switch between different device views.
