> **Pros**: We brought Surgy Health in as the patient engagement layer for our whole hospital group, not as one CRM tool, and that framing has held up. The suite covers feedback and complaint resolution, conversion and revenue intelligence, chronic and obstetrics journey management, lead and query management, and a field module for the business development team, all on one data model and one login. Buying that as a suite instead of stitching four vendors together is the main reason we picked them.

Patient feedback and resolution is live and it does the job. QR codes mapped down to ward and bed, NPS with department and doctor ratings, and a ticket workflow that enforces root cause and closure instead of just logging a complaint. Our duty managers are in it daily.

Journey management was the part I did not expect to find at this price. Protocol-driven templates for chronic care and antenatal to postnatal, with milestone tracking and deviation alerts. For our women and child unit that is directly useful rather than a feature on a slide.

Lead and query management brings website forms, WhatsApp, call centre, email and walk-ins into a single repository with a real status pipeline. Most hospitals in our market lose leads at exactly that seam.

They understand how Indian hospitals actually run. UHID, OPD to IPD conversion, pharmacy and lab leakage, referral doctors. We never had to explain any of it. Whitelabelling was clean, and the WhatsApp, SMS and email channels were configured without drama. Commercials sit well below the international healthcare platforms, which is what makes a full suite viable for a regional chain running multiple units.

> **Cons**: Very little to flag so far. Documentation is still light, so most of what we picked up came from calls with their team rather than a manual. The rollout runs module by module, so the full suite takes time to come online. A few of the AI features are still on the roadmap. Small things for a product at this stage, and the team has been quick to close gaps whenever we raise them.

A few months in, the experience has been good. The team responds fast, takes design input seriously, and treats us as a build partner rather than an account number, which is why the first module fits our workflow instead of us bending to fit it. They understand how Indian hospitals actually run, so we never had to explain UHID, OPD to IPD conversion or referral tracking from scratch.

For a regional chain that wants one platform across the patient journey at a price that works, this has been a sensible choice. We would sign again.
