It saves us a lot of time, helps us manage the recruitment process efficiently, and makes candidate management, job openings, and the different stages of the hiring process much easier and more organized.

The recruitment software also includes useful features that make our daily work more efficient. In addition, the customer service is excellent – personal, responsive, and attentive to our needs.

With the previous systems, I always had the feeling that they were "almost there" - almost what we needed, but never quite right. With Civi, it just feels spot on.

I hardly even need to ask the support team for improvements, because they're constantly adding new features and making the system better. And whenever I do need something specific for my own needs, they usually implement it pretty quickly.

So genuinely, I can't really think of anything I'm unhappy with.

In addition the support team is wonderful - professional, personal and helpful, always.
