The real-time vehicle tracking, route monitoring, proof of delivery (POD) capture, and driver performance metrics have helped us improve accountability, customer service, and operational efficiency across our network.

> **Pros**: HiTrak runs our entire operation. Customers key their own jobs in on the portal or we integrate with partners via API etc, we dispatch onto runs, drivers complete each drop on the phone app with signature, photo, GPS and timestamp, pricing fires automatically on delivery, and the weekly invoice run lands straight in Xero. For a nine-truck regional operator that is the whole back office in one system.

The proof of delivery is proper. It is captured at the receiver's door, so the "did it actually get there" conversation just doesn't happen anymore, and the tracking link has cut the where's-my-freight calls right down. The pricing engine handles everything we throw at it, zone pricing, multiple origins, fuel surcharge, minimums, and every job carries a full timeline so you can answer a customer query from weeks ago in seconds. Having this level of data available at our fingertips enables our operation to be run both remotely, but also gives our customers detailed data typically only available from larger nationwide carriers. 

It is built by people who understand our industry, and the support and onboarding were incredible.
