## Reviews

### "I have my days back" — 5.0/5

> **Sam** | *19 August 2026* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: We'd look at a number of software options but Tot Tracker was far and away the most user friendly. The onboarding process was so quick that we were fully up and running within a day and hardly needed to ask any follow-up questions after the training. It's all so simple too, parent fill in most of the data so there is 90% less admin to be done by the team. The Apple watch app for observation recording is a game changer too\! I don't know how much we're paying for it, but it's worth every penny.
>
> **Cons**: None so far. Not sure why it's making me type loads in a cons section where I can't find any. The app is very blue, so if you don't like blue?
>
> It's like someone came into my school, looked at the work I was doing and build me a system around it. Everything just works
