### Key benefits of DansTree

Nothing gets recorded twice
The teacher marks attendance once, in the moment, on their phone. There is no sheet to hand in and nobody transcribing anything afterwards, which is where the errors and the lost hours come from.

You see a student leaving before they leave
Two missed classes in a row is the earliest signal there is. It surfaces on its own, while a phone call still works, instead of becoming a cancellation you find out about in October.

The system chases late payments, not you
Receipts turn overdue on their own and reminders go out without anyone remembering to send them. Reminding someone they owe you money stops depending on you having a good day for it.

Enrolment stops being paperwork
Families type their own details, so you are not deciphering handwriting in September. Consents are stored with a full audit trail, something a signed paper form in a folder does not give you.

Month-end your accountant recognises
One line per real payment, with method and description, exported as a spreadsheet file.

Pricing that does not punish growth

- **Pricing Details**: DansTree is priced per school, not per student. There is no charge for each additional student and no commission on the money you collect, so what you pay does not change when the school grows or has a good month.

The Free plan is a real plan rather than a time-limited trial. It covers up to 80 active students at one location with unlimited classes and schedules, and it does not expire or ask for a card. Most schools set up their real timetable on it before deciding anything.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing works out at the equivalent of two months free: Professional drops from 49 to 41 EUR per month, and Business from 99 to 82 EUR per month. There is no minimum term on either — you can cancel from the dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Business covers up to 3 locations. Additional locations are 19 EUR per month each. Guided onboarding, where we set up your first season with you, is an optional one-time fee of 149 EUR.

All prices exclude VAT. If you enable card payments, they run through your own Stripe account: Stripe applies its standard gateway fee and the money goes directly to you. DansTree never handles your revenue and takes no cut of it.
