Built by someone who runs a repair counter. The origin is the feature: every screen has been used to charge a real customer for a real repair before it shipped. That is why the phone field comes first, why the buttons are large, and why the ticket prints what a shop actually hands over.

Your data stays on your computer. Customers, orders, prices and photos live in a local database on the machine at your counter. Nothing depends on an account with anyone, and nothing stops when the internet does.

No monthly fee per technician. One license covers the shop. Hiring a second or a fifth technician does not raise the price, and an expired annual license does not lock you out of your own orders.

Truly bilingual. Spanish and English through the whole application, and on the printed ticket, so a shop with customers in both languages does not have to choose.

The customer hears from you automatically. Status changes send an SMS or an email without anyone remembering to do it — fewer phone calls asking whether the machine is ready.

Made for a touch screen at a counter. Large buttons, few steps, and an intake flow that goes from a phone number to a printed ticket without leaving the screen.
