> **Pros**: What I like the most about Scalahosting was tech support. They were at the frontline preparing the hosting service with a copy of the website and email accounts.  I thought i needed 5 days of downtime as to not affect our work environment but Scalahosting did in 2 days with a 3rd day for checking everything. Nice work Scalahosting\!

> **Cons**: This was a difficult move and a lot of back and forth with tech support in preparing for the move. I would be working through the night with tech support to make sure this move as quick as possible.  The syncing of emails was not perfect but manageable from our end.

> I would give Scalahosting a 10/10. There was not a time when tech support was not available. I never had to deal the AI as was the case in my last service. They are quick to respond ALWAYS\! as soon as i would enter a ticket within a minute it was being handled by someone and they would respond in less than 10 minutes with results of there work or suggestions to correct the issue.
