ImmiCompliance is cloud-based case management software designed to help law firms streamline the entire immigration lifecycle, from automatically filling immigration forms to maintaining the client’s case history in a centralized repository. It enables attorneys and paralegals to schedule appointments, automate client interactions via SMS or emails, and convert prospects into clients.
Features of ImmiCompliance are data entry, forms processing, collaboration, compliance management, reporting, document templates, custom workflows, invoicing, and more. The application offers a client portal, which allows clients to create or edit profiles, view checklists, upload documents, and book appointments. Using ImmiCompliance’s staff management module, administrators can manage and track activities of attorneys, paralegals as well as other staff members and provide controlled data access based on user type, role, or business requirements.

Excellent Software for My Immigration Practice
Solves my basic problem of efficiently collecting information from clients and inserting that detailed information in official forms that need to be filed with USCIS and other US Government agencies.
10/10 would recommend!
ImmiCompliance was a great software tool and I definitely recommend it to anybody looking for an easy to use, custom database management software. The support team can assist in all matters and are extremely helpful and attentive. Typically took a matter of hours to get issues resolved or to implement new features we would request.
Excellent Program
I have been able to collect information in an easy manner, wither with video conferencing while sharing the screen or simply by allowing clients to access their portal to complete questionnaires. Whenever I discovered an issue, either with the software or my understanding of how to use the software, the developers were extremely responsive. I have worked with various software programs since 1968 and I have to say this is the best response I have ever received from support.

Unlike other immigration law software, Immicompliance collects all the forms an attorney needs to file to obtain a specific kind of visa.
Cons
It should be integrated with Clio for greater ease of use.

Easy navigation, extensive features, attentive and quick responding customer support, up to date forms, custom workflows, client portals, well-designed templates and communication hub.
Cons
Forms can take time to generate. Typically takes about 30 seconds for about 5 forms to populate and generate all information at once.

I have worked with various software programs since 1968 and I have to say this is the best response I have ever received from support.
Pros
The program allows me to capture all the needed information with ease. I have everything I need in one place whenever I need to work on a file. As my needs grow to different areas of use within the program, it will be easy as I will not need to enter duplicate information.
Cons
The software appears to be in the final aspects of development. I find some areas with a few inconsistencies when compiling forms. Part of this is due to the changing requirements of the forms for submission to USCIS or EOIR. At other time, the compiling appears to miss some information. These items are minor in the overall scheme of things and can be easily fixed.

Some functions, like billing aren't intuitive enough.
