## Overview

### Key benefits of Planet Etudes

\- Upload your tender documents (specifications, bills of quantities, drawings, contract clauses) once, and Planet Etudes organizes them automatically into a clear folder structure by lot, with shared and confidential files kept apart.

- Send tender documents by lot or in successive waves, in open or closed mode, so each contractor only receives the part of the project they are invited to price.

- Give every consulted contractor a unique access and see in real time who opened the invitation, who downloaded the tender documents and who confirmed their intention to bid, with Planet Etudes' automated reminders following up on those who have not responded.

- Let contractors submit their quote and priced bill of quantities directly on Planet Etudes' dedicated contractor portal, instead of collecting files scattered across email inboxes.

- Compare all bids in a single table, line by line and lot by lot, against your budget estimate, with the lowest bid and margin calculated automatically by Planet Etudes.

- Track initial, negotiated and renegotiated offers for each contractor, and add comments so the whole team can reach a collegial decision on who to award.

- Export a complete tender report from Planet Etudes, ready to present to your award committee.

- Build a quote and price database that grows with every tender: every quote collected is stored in Planet Etudes and searchable by keyword, company, lot or category on future projects.

- For general contractors, move from the pre-bid tender (used to price a response to a call for tenders) to the works tender once the contract is won, without re-entering any data.

- Create contractor records in one click from the French SIRENE company database, and monitor each company's financial and CSR situation through Planet Etudes' Infolégales and Once for All integrations.

- Evaluate contractors with QSE questionnaires and ratings during both the study and works phases, so every new tender starts from the track record of past projects.

- Share contractors, quotes and tenders across agencies and subsidiaries, so the whole organization benefits from the same price history.

- Get your own Planet Etudes platform, hosted in France on a dedicated server or installed on your own infrastructure, under your domain name, connected to your ERP by API and with SSO.

- Join the companies that have already managed over 12,000 tenders with Planet Etudes.
