## Overview

### Key benefits of nextOZ

\* Covers all 408 German registration authorities through the KBA Grosskundenschnittstelle, eliminating the need to manage authority-by-authority connectivity or in-person visits to registration offices.
\* Supports all major digital registration transaction types (new registration, day registration, transfer, re-registration, deregistration, address and name change) from a single web-based dashboard, reducing tool fragmentation for dealerships and registration service providers.
\* Qualified electronic signature (QES) via Yousign or Nect removes the requirement for a customer eID, lowering friction for end customers while maintaining eIDAS compliance.
\* Pay-per-transaction pricing with no monthly base fee and no minimum volume requirements reduces financial risk for small single-location businesses and scales cost-efficiently for high-volume operators.
\* No own KBA large-customer key required to start, allowing new users to begin processing registrations without lengthy pre-registration with the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt; organizations with an existing GKS key can connect it.
\* Standing powers of attorney (Dauervollmacht) stored per customer reduce repeat-client processing to seconds, increasing throughput for high-frequency registration service providers and fleet operators.
\* Separate document delivery addresses configurable per transaction give fleet operators and dealerships precise control over where license plates and registration documents are sent.
\* Rejection correction workflow allows failed applications to be corrected and resubmitted without full re-entry, reducing rework time when registration authorities return error codes.
\* AI-supported interpretation of rejection error codes from registration authorities provides actionable correction guidance; only error codes are processed by AI, with no holder or vehicle data involved, and all AI processing occurs within the EU.
\* Branch and partner account management under one organization gives dealership groups and multi-location operators centralized oversight without requiring separate platform instances.
\* API access supports integration into existing dealer management systems, fleet platforms, or internal workflows, reducing manual data transfer between systems.
\* ISO 27001-certified infrastructure hosted in Frankfurt am Main ensures transaction and application data remains within Germany, supporting data residency requirements relevant to automotive and fleet operators.
