## Overview

### Key benefits of J5Drive

\* Keeps inventory, customers, contracts and collections in one place instead of spreadsheets and notebooks.
\* Shows each contract's balance, next due date and days late, so collectors know who to call.
\* Sends customers email and SMS payment reminders and WhatsApp receipts and late alerts in their language (SMS only to customers who opted in).
\* Each payment generates a receipt in English or Spanish, based on the contract's selected language.
\* Shows real profit per vehicle (contract price minus invested cost).
\* Protects records: payments are never deleted, and only the owner can void them or change prices.
\* Works in English and Spanish on any phone or computer, with nothing to install.
