## Overview

### Key benefits of Syncro Connect

Payroll is based on the hours actually worked, not hours remembered. Holiday clashes show up before they are approved. Staff check their own hours and entitlement instead of asking a manager. Managers see who is in, late or absent today. Hours export for Sage, Pegasus and QuickBooks payroll, so nobody types them in again. One staff record covers clocking, absence, fire roll call, visitors and door access.
