H2CommandCentre is a cloud-based integrated emergency management platform, which helps organizations develop response plans and streamline communication with field workers. Features include real-time location tracking, custom messaging, dispatching, drawing tools, GIS mapping, and area monitoring.

The H2Common Operating Picture module instantly notifies response teams during emergency situations along with information such as ICS 201 form, site pictures, or spill trajectories with date and time stamps. Supervisors can review incidents and generate dissemination and post-incident reports. Team members can access materials remotely, upload additional documents about safety bulletins or HSE manuals, and update site information in real-time. It also includes H2Respond application, designed specifically for the oil and gas industry, which helps define emergency planning zones, identify stakeholders, and call out residents by sending text messages.

H2CommandCentre includes a mass notification system, H2Notify, which lets disaster management teams broadcast alert messages to contact groups, re-send notifications in event of message failures, and conduct polls. Using H2Wildfire, authorities can create a geofence around forest assets and receive notifications via phone or email for active fires.

The platform's H2Incident Action Plan allows users to schedule emergency meetings, automatically generate organizational charts, track resources, and store incident information in a repository. With H2SIMS, users can maintain communication history, securely store data, and quickly access resident lists.
