TestGorilla is a pre-employment testing software designed to help businesses manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from creating assessments and inviting candidates to performing an in-depth review of results. Administrators can view automated screen snapshots during ongoing tests and receive alerts when applicants try to exit the full-screen mode to prevent examination malpractices.
TestGorilla allows hiring teams to select specific assessments, job roles, or employment tests from the built-in library and customize the user interface according to organizational requirements. Recruiters can create customizable question types such as multiple-choice or long-form and receive responses from applicants in the form of videos. Managers can invite candidates via email or sign-up links and gain visibility into the status of assessments in real-time. Pros
Ease of downloading to excel and PDF files.
Cons
Testing levels are subjective - Intermediate level people end up doing senior level coding reviews for example. Testing levels should mimic the market. for example Python Coding challenges should have the titles of "Junior" "Intermediate" or "Senior". Also - please add more testing for machine learning and AI applications - this is the future and it's already here:)

being able to set assessments to gauge the stated levels of skills is fantastic! On more than one occasion we have qualified that someone has ebellished
