Some of the reports are only available when the pay period is open which makes it harder for some of the managers to go back to an older report. We should have the flexibility to go back periods and run reports. If I searched for a con, it would be that the user interface should be updated but that is truly minor when comparing to the functionality. > > Prior to our implementation of QCommission, our commission process was manual, error prone and did not have any good reports for our commission-able employees. That meant the accounting department was always having to answer lots of questions, always double checking calculations, and it was a time consuming inefficient process.
