I think in my 6 months of usage I don't face ay issue in it. As a senior of my team I always communicate with my team and track the task progress through this platform.
Pros
It keeps the track of every work in progress. Collaboration with the other team members with real time messaging is easy using CMW Platform.
Cons
Minor lags when working for long time or when the time tracker is working.

Pros
It is easy to integrate CMW with ms outlook, has mobile access and am able to track my teams progress in real time... It does not require much training when incorporating a new team
Cons
It may be slightly pricey, but it indeed gives one's money worth
