On the few occasions that I have needed assistance they have been quick to provide solutions and guidance which has allowed me to keep my projects on track without significant interruptions.
Pros
The platform allows me to design branded surveys that not only reflect the visual identity of my company but are also designed to obtain specific information in an efficient and attractive way.
Cons
You might actually find that the need to fine-tune and customize every survey and report element is time-consuming.

Overall I'm satisfied for the time being. However I have looked at JotForm. They provide the features we are looking for at a fraction of the price. I just don't feel like rebuilding the survey again at least for a couple of months.
Pros
Survey Anyplace was able to provide what we were looking for. We were able to develop an online quiz for my clients users to take and find out their results.
Cons
The cost is very expensive. There are other services out there with my cheaper rates. You charge so much additional for a generated PDF being sent to the user. I've had to upgrade my account 3 times because you have such low monthly submission rates. It should be the same cost no matter how many submissions. You should charge more for the users that have more than 1-2 survey.

Pros
Survey Anyplace is incredibly easy to set up and use. They offer a range of options to make the Survey more interactive and fun. They also have the option to run a competition or a reward porgram within a survey and this has been a great feature for us to engage with our users
Cons
There isnt much to not like with the product. Their pricing is reasonable for the features provided but I have noticed certain compatibility issues with some browser. Formatting changes come in without any notice.

Pros
This software allowed for quick lead capture at a recent tradeshow.
Cons
We wish we could style the pages more - but for the money this product offers quite a bit of customization without much graphical experience.
