Although Jobber wasn’t specifically tailored for the moving industry, its consistent feature updates, extensive knowledge library, and reliable chat support have allowed us to make it work out pretty seamlessly.
Last year, we upgraded our package to enjoy features like direct messaging and automated communications. Today, we’ve added the marketing package, and we’re excited to optimize things and crush it in 2025 with Jobber on our side!
Pros
We chose Jobber back in 2015 for its simple, sleek, and intuitive design. The user experience on both sides is top shelf. It offered the flexibility to customize the system to fit our needs without requiring a programmer or incurring extra charges like many other options. We have grown with them over the years making many changes along the way as they developed and released new features.
Cons
Fortunately, Jobber's attention to development has eliminated a lot of the issues that we had in the past, and whenever something new pops up they are never far away via chat to address the issue. I'm not a big fan of the USD pricing since it's a Canadian company and I'm a Canadian doing business in Canada, but that's how they have it set up. Sometimes, when I bring something up with support I feel like I'm speaking a different language than they are and they aren't able to help, so I give up before getting mad. It's still not geared toward movers, so we miss out on some cool features that are only available on mover CRMs, but we have a lot of time and experience invested in Jobber, and we have more ways in store capitalize on the functionality. So we're staying put for now.

Look, feel, ease of use. It was simple and not overstuffed with things I didn't need where I was at the time. It was really cheap at the time $89/month in 2015...since I upgraded though, it's 3-4x that amount now.Response from Jobber Software

I would say the experience has been ok, it would be higher if we could get more help resolving the tracking issue. Apparently it isn't high on Jobber's priority list given the lack of follow up/resolution on the issue.
Pros
I like the workflow/job request process. It helped streamline the intake of customer information and the process of providing a quote. I also like the ease of scheduling jobs and communicating with the customers.
Cons
The lack of being able to add tracking codes to the request form is my biggest complaint. I struggle to understand why a CRM solution would not offer the ability to track lead sources in an effective manner. Our attempts to work with our rep to resolve the issue were unproductive. Ultimately it may force us to move to another CRM solution.

It’s been pretty good. I like it better than other crms because I do everything on my phone really. Plus your support team is pretty damn good. My brother and I in year 1 as a pressure washing business generated 400k and I can’t say we would have done it without Jobber. The invoices are super professional and I’m from the generation that uses chat gpt in College lol so it’s super easy for me to integrate that whether that’s in my line items or the confirmations Jobber makes accessible to users. Thanks guys and thank you the new referral program too…I gotta try that out next. If you could please get me a number with my area code too I would be thrilled. Thanks

I like how jobber is mobile friendly especially to my generation lol.
- We can create a request in a matter of seconds
- We can invoice on the fly
- Two way text messaging makes it easy when it comes to my client base
- Easy to get my clients a yearly contract on the job site
Cons
- They don’t have a area code for my Jobber number
- No text campaign “yet”
- When I click call it calls though my personal cell rather than my Google voice number.
- Need the ability to integrate any contact for on a website to go to jobber

Pros
Jobber is constantly adding new integrations, so my expanding business can add other apps and services that pair well with Jobber. I love how fast my quote process has become with Jobber. As soon as I am done speaking with a prospect, I can upload pictures to jobber, and send out the quote in just a few minutes.
Cons
Down times have been few and far between with Jobber, but any day time issues with the app are a huge inconvenience when they do happen.
