Pros
The options of payment plans are ideal for a a growing small business, because they range from Free to "Pay as you Go", to Monthly, and even Yearly.
I love the "Sync" feature on the paid plans! This is my favourite feature ever!
Cons
I would have loved to have more design capabilities for the Booking Page that my clients land on, so, I can do more branding.

I love the easy access on both self use(for business) and client use.

I would say the only con is having color coordination for different services.

Pros
I love how user friendly it is. A toddler could book an appointment if they wanted to.
Cons
I can’t use any pictures with my appointments to show what they are. Sometimes my clients complain that their card does not work .

Pros
I was using another service that was okay. Bookedin is so much better with back end functionality and front end ease of use. Extremely happy with this service.
Cons
There is only one minor thing that I would change. To have the availability to customize the SMS reminder.
