With signNow, users can manage documents and templates, with the ability to import documents from Microsoft Word, create and share documents with team members, generate templates for commonly-used documents, merge existing documents, and view document previews. A variety of fillable field types can be added to convert documents into forms, including text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, date/time fields, and more. Advanced options allow users to designate required fields, pre-fill documents with text, add conditional fields and routing, utilize field validators to ensure information provided is valid, and add labels to provide instructions for recipients.
Before sending their documents off for signature, users can create custom signing invitations to be sent to recipients. signNow enables the sending of bulk invites to multiple recipients, definition of set signing orders, and setting of expiration dates on document signing links. Users can request the attachment of supplementary information from signers, require hand-drawn signatures, set reminders for unsigned documents, and control whether they wish to receive completion notifications. Signers are able to decline to sign documents, and can change their minds later on, with an automatic reminder delivered after 24 hours.

I used signNow to sign and digitally verify legally binding documents. I am very satisfied with the ease of use of this service. It is fast, easy to use, and works on any device. I particularly like the electronic signature feature, which has allowed me to sign documents quickly and easily. The email sharing feature is also very convenient for sending documents to third parties. The signature status has allowed me to easily track the status of my signed documents. The document and form management is also very convenient for organizing my documents. The alerts are also useful in keeping me informed of important updates. I highly recommend signNow to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and efficient digital signature service.
Cons
Apart from a few connection problems, I haven't encountered any major problems with this package.

The software works fine but it is very deceptive
Cons
I am a small business owner of a summer camp. I have 60 campers for which i used sign now to sign documents. Since i have 6 documents they have the nerve to charge me for 6 unique invites per camper or a total of about 480 invites. The software only entitles you to 100 users and then 180 per 50 invites afterwards. Add that up. Don't use their product if you might be using multiple documents because they will rip you off!

Have you tried our Support about this? There surely is a workaround. The easiest solution that comes to mind right away is to merge those six documents so that each signer gets one eSigning invite, not six.
We understand your frustration here but honestly, if you compare our pricing beyond the 100 limit with the competition, we are still offering a much better price (we've checked multiple times).

Pros
I love that I can group multiple documents together rather than combine them into one PDF file. Many government PDFs don't allow editing. I love that I can password-protect documents for extra security. I love that I can copy a message from the first recipient to all the others, so I don't waste time copying and pasting it into each one.
Cons
I don't dislike anything. I originally started using SignNow for personal use, and I liked it so much, we adopted it at work.
