Cyfe is an all-in-one dashboard app that helps users monitor & analyze data scattered across all your online services like Google Analytics, Salesforce, AdSense, MailChimp, Facebook, WordPress and more from one single location in real-time.
Monitor all your marketing channels like email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, web analytics, and more using this all-in-one business dashboard app.
We wanted a dashboard for our different metrics and stumbled upon Cyfe. It is easy to use to set up accounts if you already have accounts with some of the predefined options, and in some ways you can customize it.
In our case, we needed a customized dashboard that could cover key areas like server uptime, social media monitoring and sales targets. Cyfe is a good place to start from if you are looking for an easy to use dashboard setup.
Cyfe is an easy to use dashboard monitoring tool that integrates with many different online platforms. Here are my pros to using it:
1. It integrates with most of the major web services, you can track sales, traffic, analytics and more. It can be adapted to your own needs whether you need it for social media monitoring or sales/financing.
2. The sharing function is good to share a link with other people who may want to monitor your dashboard.
3. The TV out function is good, if you need to have a screen displaying the dashboard in real time.
4. If you work in google sheets, you can import data into Cyfe and if your developers know how to use the PUSH API you can set up customized data.
5. It's easy on the eyes and easy to set up. Ease of use is huge for setting up dashboards.
The cost is not that bad but for $29/month you can get an additional 2 users if you signed up for Klipfolio, however Cyfe’s defense is that data is in real time where as Klipfolio has a 4 hour delay.
Some plugins/connections are just basic, some key stats are missing for example, Youtube Analytics is missing which is key if you have social media platforms you are monitoring and have a Youtube Channel. SEO tracking is also limited, yes you will find MOZ available but most SEO professionals may use SEMRUSH or Ahrefs to monitor their SEO.
Customizing Charts is also limited, you can only view whatever visual graphics they display for charts.
It allowed me to create a functional prototype of a SaaS I'm working on, without needing to custom build a reporting tool just to be able to test my idea in the market.
Cyfe is awesome. It connects to nearly every tool a marketer would need, and lets you work with custom integrations for the stuff that doesn't yet connect automatically. I can create an unlimited number of dashboards and share them with an unlimited number of people through a simple link. It's amazing for customer service and account management, and one of my service lines has allowed me to entirely forgo offering manual reporting - which is amazing.
The UI is a bit clunky and could be sleeker. Tools like datadeck look a lot nicer visually, but don't come close to the level of functionality offered by Cyfe.
Our real estate business utilising Google Sheets, Calendar and .CSV widgets to help all of our staff be made aware of what's happening in the business aswell as the RSS feed showing what is happening outside of our workplace to start preparing our workflow.
Integrates with almost every site/service
No option to choose the display pixel size to appropriately view on TV's, Trial and error in TV mode takes a fair bit of back and fourth testing
No weather Widget for Australia, Seems specific to USA only
I love the flexibility and ease of use. I think the software is well thought out and truly a valuable piece of any small business's planning toolbag. We use cyfe to monitor everything from SEO to marketing metrics to social media engagement. The sharing and email notification features are really helpful to keep track of things, even when life gets busy. I especially appreciate the ability to import flexible data using Push API and google spreadsheets.
I wish the software had more native partners that had customizable widgets on the platform. I'd love to see Webinar Jam and Evergreen Webinars, Callrail, and youtube analytics programs working within the software. I'd also love to see more examples of how other Cyfe users are setting up their dashboards. I can feel that the system is powerful, but sometimes get stumped on how to set things up for advanced KPI tracking. Case studies would be awesome to learn from.
I have just inherited the position of being in charge of our social media at work. At the time we weren't utilizing any type of format for seeing where our current engagement was at the time. I opened about 10 or so different options and found Cyfe. It showcases the engagement and stats levels in a beautiful fashion. It gives me a quick glance and I know how things are currently running. If I need to make an adjustment I can do so and see the changes the next day on the graphs. I love to see the changes day by day.
I really love how beautiful the application looks. I was looking for a dashboard that would provide me some statistics for the performance of my social media accounts. Cyfe can do more things than that, but that is what I needed it for. It integrated with my social accounts without any problem and displays in an easy to understand manner.
There's not a whole lot to dislike. I wish I had more options for watching MailChimp's stats. I guess the classic gripe is I want more of it. I guess I would love to have more of everything. Get me more integrations so I can get rid of some of the other analytics or dashboards that I am currently using.
Cyfe offers 3 pricing plans.

A monitoring and analytics tool that delivers actionable business insights in real time, Cyfe is a cloud-based solution that brings multiple disparate monitoring dashboards together in one centralized platform. This eliminates the need to switch between several standalone systems to efficiently monitor and control your business.
Cyfe comes with pre-built third-party widgets that you can use right out of the box to monitor your campaigns, processes, and IT assets. The widgets pull data from sources such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Salesforce, FreshBooks, WordPress, GoToWebinar, GoSquared, PayPal, Stripe, Constant Contact, iContact, and a whole slew of others, including commonly-used Google services such as AdWords, Google+, AdSense, Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Gmail, Trends, and Calendar.
Historical data and real-time reports are available on demand, and data can be exported as PNG, PDF, JPEG, and CSV files. Cyfe also supports TV mode so you can display your dashboards on a TV screen or monitor.
Created for small to large businesses from all industry sectors, Cyfe supports a range of monitoring processes through integrated third-party widgets, custom widgets, and its push API. Dashboards can be shared with clients, vendors, upper management, collaborators, colleagues, and other users, with access permissions specified by the dashboard owner/creator for data security and integrity.
Cyfe’s dashboards can be customized to suit your unique needs. They can monitor organizational or departmental processes, as well as the services you provide to your clients. Cyfe Premium can accommodate an unlimited number of dashboards and users. White labeling is also offered, allowing you to expand your service menu to include fully brandable web dashboards.
Cyfe can even be used for competitor research. It allows you to monitor competitor search and web traffic figures, see an overview of their Instagram and Twitter stats, keep track of their Google Alerts mentions, be made aware of the type of content they put out and how often, among others.
Keeping your finger on the “pulse of the organization” is a time-consuming exercise, particularly if you’re using several different solutions to make sense of the data at your fingertips. Cyfe unifies scattered data from various monitoring applications in one location. This means data from social networks, email marketing software, IT web monitors, keyword ranking solutions, website analytics tools, and online financial systems, among others, is added in one central hub that you can access anytime, anywhere, from any device.
Aside from significantly reducing the time and effort you’ll otherwise spend to check multiple tools, keeping all your monitoring systems in one dashboard allows you to see big-picture scenarios at a glance. For example, alongside a summary of your web traffic stats and keyword ranking, an update on the status of your account payables is visible, so are your Facebook page’s engagement stats, and how many new signups your recent newsletter generated.
Also, Cyfe’s push API, which is a REST API, allows you to push into Cyfe the data from the software solutions you already use, whether homegrown or from outside providers.
Cyfe dashboards can be shared in three ways: through the users’ Cyfe accounts, public URLs, and scheduled reports. Cyfe Premium allows you to invite an unlimited number of users into the platform. Using their own separate logins, you can grant them admin access or read-only permissions to your various data dashboards. Public URLs, on the other hand, are used to share data with people without Cyfe accounts. Dashboards shared via public URLs are read-only, can be password-protected and embedded into any application.
Using Cyfe’s export dashboard feature, automated emails containing dashboard reports can be sent to specific recipients on an ongoing basis – monthly, weekly, or daily. Individual widgets and entire dashboards can be exported in several formats: CSV, PNG, JPEG, and PDF.
Most data-centric organizations display business data in prominent workplace locations. Aside from everyone sharing in the monitoring of trends and abnormalities, the practice can spark data-driven conversations among colleagues, which can turn into “eureka” moments benefitting the entire organization.
Cyfe’s responsive TV mode functionality works well with any Internet-enabled TV with a built-in browser. It lets users show their dashboards on any monitor, and Cyfe automatically adjusts your screen view to fit the size of your TV. Once set up, log in to Cyfe and enable the TV mode feature. You will then be asked to select which dashboards to show, including their rotation frequency, e.g., every 30 seconds.
For IT teams and network administrators, historical data coupled with real-time data let them establish trends and make accurate forecasts, a feature especially handy when planning for future capacity requirements. SEO professionals and content marketers also value historical data, as this allows them to pinpoint which campaigns work and which don’t, and how best to remedy the latter.
Cyfe archives data that’s beyond 30 days, and using date range selections, historical data can be retrieved on demand.
Cyfe lets you customize your dashboards in many ways. From the background color to the values included in your custom widgets, the app provides a range of customization features. Your company’s colors and logo can be used for branding consistency across the platform, and your Cyfe account can be personalized to include your website’s domain name.
For custom visualizations, chart widgets can be configured using the push API. If you choose to offer Cyfe as a white-label addon to your core services, branded reports can be generated for your clients.
Cyfe integrates with popular tools like Salesforce.com and Highrise for CRM, Zendesk and Salesforce Desk for helpdesk and customer service, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, AWeber, Get Response, and iContact for email marketing, QuickBooks and Xero for accounting and other financial functions, PayPal and Stripe for payment processing, Basecamp for project management, Chartbeat and Alexa for web analytics, Google Trends for market research, Recurly for subscription billing, and so much more.
Cyfe also has a REST-based API that pushes data from your applications into your Cyfe dashboards.
Cyfe Premium follows a simple and straightforward pricing scheme: $14 per month for plans paid annually, $19 per month if paid monthly. Included features are unlimited users, unlimited widgets and dashboards, sharing options, historical data, customizations, data exports, role-based access, TV mode, public URLs, custom logo, custom domain, and so on.
