Lithium Overview

Lithium is a complete social media management software for increasing community engagement, providing customer device through social, and for sharing and producing social media content. Lithium covers three core areas: Online Communities, Social Media Marketing and Social Media Analytics. I addition to these, there is also a solution for curating and displaying earned digital media through the Klout Perks product.

Within these core areas, Lithium provides a vast range of features and capabilities. You can use Lithium to post content, social pictures and videos across your networks. Customer service agents can use the app to collect all incoming posts and queries from social media, categorizing them using tags, and routing them to the appropriate agent. The integrated CRM lets you create cases, view customer profiles and access interaction history.

Community managers can use the Lithium to grow their online presence through discussion boards, blogs, Q&As, and a crowd-sourced knowledge base. You can also receive reviews and crowd sourced ideas from users, and let your users share videos and images. You can use the badges and gamification features offered by Lithium to reward active users. The social analytics offered by Lithium allow you to track employee performance and generate custom reports.

Pros

- It is easy to use in the first step
- If you can use the fasttrack point you can see that are very useful

Cons

- When you need to do special things the tool it's a little bit more complicated.
- I would like to see the same structure in LSW that the structure that I have in the community. This must be happen in real time.
- I would like to have the tool in spanish.

Pros

It is a very useful tool to control and monitor the contents of social networks and offer an immediate response and a better customer support service, it is easy to use with a friendly platform that also allows assigning a specific content to the work team

Cons

You have to improve the post tracking tool, in addition to the use of automatic words and tags so that you do not miss any information that is not within the content that interests us

Pros

Is a very friendly platform, easy to learn to use, it is a very useful tool to handle a large number of aspects of social media, it allows you to track and analyze the different data, conversations and volumes of aspects that are made in the media

Cons

The platform does not present major problems, perhaps certain aspects of the mobile application could be improved much more to facilitate and expand its use

Pros

It's intuitive. I downloaded it, installed it, and it guided me through exactly how to get started with it.

Cons

I suppose the banality of social media in general, but that's not really a knock on the application.
