PhoneTools Overview

PhoneTools is a simple extension to your Salesforce org saving you time and increasing productivity. With the ability to have multiple devices for each user PhoneTools can be used on your cell phone, multimedia desktop phone, tablet and more

Along with call and text icons next to all numbers, PhoneTools also includes a sidebar component. This is shown on all pages and enables you to instantly call or text any number.

PhoneTools also includes a Phone Screening feature, giving you the ability to screen your Account, Contact and Lead numbers against the UK TPS and CTPS databases. Therefore ensuring you remain compliant with The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2004.
