As the title clearly states - they are easy to do business with! They are communicative from the selling process to the ongoing management of our account. We have bi-annual check meetings with our account rep. When we experience challenges, we have quick turn-around times and do not struggle for long.
Pros
As we have moved to more remote work, I'm so glad that we implemented this software at the start of 2020. It took almost a year to review assessment providers, and almost all of them were missing something. Criteria had it all! On top of the great product, the service and the pricing have been phenomenal. We also are very excited when there are additional assessments added. Now that we are through the brunt of the pandemic, we will start leveraging the assessments for development needs on our team. We are targeted to grow by 12% YOY, and we promote on average 14% of our internal talent.
Cons
We had some bumps with building our own assessment, however, no other vendor could do this for us with minimal production costs. Even though we had bumps, it has been worth it to have our needs met. Everything about this product has not only met our expectations, however, has gone above and beyond!

Our overall experience with Criteria has been positive. The platform gives us a comprehensive overview of candidate capabilities, helping us identify those who will thrive in our remote, cybersecurity-focused environment. The tests are particularly helpful in gauging how much supervision a candidate may need, which is crucial for our virtual work structure.
Pros
Criteria allow us to assess key traits of our candidates, such as their technical capacity and logical reasoning, which is crucial for our cybersecurity and information technology roles. As a diverse, virtual company, the ability to evaluate English proficiency and computer literacy is essential, and Criteria offers us these insights efficiently.
Cons
At times, the logical tests can feel limited in scope, especially for roles that require more advanced problem-solving skills. We would appreciate more depth in the technical assessments to better evaluate higher-level expertise. Additionally, we have encountered occasional issues when candidates use different browsers, such as Microsoft Edge, which can lead to test compatibility problems.

Overall, Criteria has a been a great addition to our hiring process, and now to our team building. Our account manager is amazing and we are very happy with the service!
Pros
Criteria provides so many great insights on candidates, and it has features that let you work with your teams depending on strengths and weaknesses!
Cons
It's a great tool for HR, because it's HR's job to read the reports, but sometimes it can be a lot of information for managers to decipher, so it would be nice to have a more simplified version of results so that managers can read and understand better!

Criteria integrates with our ATS system so that when a candidate completes an assessment it automatically uploads for recruiters or hiring managers to view. It has been a great experience.
Pros
I like the breakdown of three separate sections of grading. It gives a solid breakdown of what areas the candidate exceeds or struggles with.
Cons
No issues at the moment. Criteria woks well with our systems and gives us the information we need to make hiring decisions.
