I really enjoy using this software. It is right to the point and does what it is supposed to do. I have not used any other video dialer software to compare it to but I'm happy with it.
Pros
I like most that it is so easy to use. Set up is not difficult and then you just dial a number! It is helpful that it routes your personal number to show up with your work number.
Cons
There has been a number of times where the call was dropped. This was very infrequent and when it did happen it seems to just be what tends to happen with any technology.

My remote work is heavily dependent on the credibility of Doximity app. I need to use this to be able to communicate with my patients while working remotely. Yes, I like and need Doximity app.
Pros
It is great that we can call patients as if we are calling from the office/hospital setting, while hiding our personal cell phone information. It is great, as long as the WiFi is good and Internet connection is good.
Cons
It doesn't work, if Internet connection is not done. Also, one time, the registered office phone number was switched to some phone numbers in NY for unknown reasons. For a while when the patients receive a call from me (hospital/office), they didn't answer looking at the unknown NY numbers. I hope the registered office number won't be switched to something else suddenly for unknown reasons..

Very poor when I reported a fraudulent review that’s absolutely could not have ever have happened. Doximity said they would look into it and then I never heard anything back.
Pros
The ability to call with anonymous number.
Cons
Doximity continues to allow fraudulent reviews by patients who are fictitious patients. Or prior peers at work who are revengeful.

Doxmity has significantly improved patient care through making communication more accessible. I am only in the office with my landline phone 1.5 days a week, and I would not be able to communicate with my clients otherwise without Doximity.
Pros
I love that Doximity affords me the opportunity to maintain contact with my clients, even when I am not in the office. Our profession does not allow for giving others our personal phone numbers, so it is great to be able to call clients from various locations -rather than only when I'm at my physical office phone.
Cons
I wish that when clients called, it would come to my phone. When they call, it goes to my office phone and then I have to check my voicemail and call them from my phone with Doximity. It would be fantastic if I could turn on a feature that made the calls come to my phone when I'm not at my office landline.
