MeetingKing is the only task and project management tool, that follows the workflow around meetings. Before MeetingKing, business managers needed a word processor, an email client, and a task manager to keep track of agendas, minutes, and tasks. MeetingKing manages your information from agenda preparation to task completion.

In MeetingKing it is also possible to discuss different projects and department issues in the same meeting and later filter the information by project or department. For example in a general management meeting you may discuss, marketing, sales, product development and HR issues. Later you can filter all HR tasks from any meeting with one click. This makes it great for running a business, school, retail business, restaurant chain, etc.
