Really enjoy using the product and always my go to when working with QMS's or any data. Easy to filter and analyse using Excel. Also used by so many staff that collaboration is simple.
Pros
So easy to use and so many functions. Ability to create really simple spreadsheets, but also to add features and functions to develop full Quality Management Systems. Easy to find support to develop knowledge on Excel. Easy to share documents and collaborate.
Cons
Lots of features which could be overwhelming, and with lots of small buttons, there isn't always a 'name' on the button, so sometimes needing to google or search the functions.
