We love this software. We moved from MYOB to GEM in 2013 and have finally seen why the cloud will be so powerful. We keep all our financials and documents (uploaded) in Gem and can access everything in real time where ever we are. We put in Gem as accounting software but are finding that many of it's features are suited to help us running our business and so in some respects we are using it like a business management tool now as well.
Our accountant has access to our system which makes our interaction both faster and easier. He has commented that he is seeing quite a few of his clients moving to Gem and he particularly likes the drill down capabilities in reports.

Really fast system to use. Love the clean and simple interface. Weekly software updates and new features being added constantly. Great Support.
Cons
Setup can take some time but well worth it once you realize how any features Gem has. No bank feeds but coming apparently.
